The tracking number is right. It shows the parcel has been sent out on 2016-06-13 16:19:00 from USA.
I think he will get it in next week.

No responses on my iPhone 6 plus and I was told it will arrivals in about 5 days till now . My brother as not received it parcel pls any help pls because am short of words pls am really sick of this iPhones 6 plus pls I need a help on this parcels thanks

As your tracking number starts from L and ends with US, it's a USPS first class mail. USPS 1st class mail is a cheap service which does not pay scanning service cost to China post. It couldn't be tracked when it's arrived China. You could only wait. I also think it will arrive in next week.
