this is my package tracking number from Singapore to China, GuangZhou. I sent it on the 19th of June and till today it still was not delivered to my recipient.

There is no tracking information for it at present. You'd better contact Singapore Post toask if it could be tracked.

I have send back (returned) the product to the seller - the package is at the customs, but the seller does not want to contact with customs.
How long does the package stay there waiting for the recipient?

Please note that I have informed the recipient - seller - that he has to contact with customs - he has refused to do it. What can I do now? How to get my package back?
