Both are showing expaird. When I'll get my parcel? I was study in KUNMING MEDICAL UNIVERSITY and after graduation I send my used stuff and clothes from Kunming to India and still I didn't receive any call and message from parcel company. I am in india and i don't have any contact in china. Please help me with this.

Hi APOORVA,

They are sent by a slow way of China Post. China Post doesn't provide full tracking service for them. So, you couldn't get update now. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't receive them in time, they may be lost.

Hello, I have sent a package to China on 5th August 2020. Since 24th August 2020, it has been stuck at Kunming Customs. My girlfriend has called Kunming Customs at 087167086395 but nobody answers the phone. Can I know the status of my package or is there another way to contact Kunming customs by phone?
