I see in the web site that my package was delivered BUT that was not the case !!
My tracking number is AQ114072708CN.
Which adress was it delivered ? It is the second time that this problem happens with the same package !!!

Hi Gustavo Braga,

According to the tracking information, AQ114072708CN was delivered on April 14. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Italy. Then, use the number to check with Italy Post about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
