Hi,
I'm trying to get proof of delivery in order to solve a missing package due to a fake seller on amazon (the package never showed up). Amazon told me to inquire directly to you. Could you please send me proof of delivery for these following tracking IDs:

The delivery tracking page shows that the merchandise has arrived at my delivery address, however, this is not true. I have not been able to contact the shipping company because it appears that the tracking page you shared corresponds to an intermediary and not to the shipping company directly.

I ask that you contact the company in charge of last-mile delivery to request proof of delivery and verify where and to whom the merchandise was delivered.
