If the seller doesn't reply you, it may be a scam, then you need to try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Hello, I bought on January 22nd and the seller wrote my address in a wrong way. The product returned back and now I'm waiting for second time my product but I see it's stopped at Quingdao since March 14th and I don't know why.
