Hello there,
I am Sheikh Mohammad Arif Uddin, living in London, UK. I received a packet which has been sent to me from General Post Office, Dhaka, Bangladesh on 19 April 2018. Unfortunately, it has been missent to Shanghai Post Office, Chaina. I assume that they have opened it there, repack it, damage the most of the corner of the parcel and sent it to me. I am so upset for it. I want to know what happened to my parcel and why has it been damaged some part of the parcel by the Shanghai Chinease Local Post Office Authority?

Is this what you bought from a seller in Dhaka, Bangladesh? In general, if you receive a damaged packet, you need to contact the sender or the carrier in your country to give you a solution.
