I ordered three pairs of shoes and have received a throw rug. LV247051819CN. I would like an explanation of the issue and a full refund from the Seller. I would also like to make a complaint about a fraudulent company, as the Seller’s website has been taken down and they are not responding to my emails.
Please advise about situation as soon as possible.

Hi N.C,

If the seller doesn't reply you, you need to try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
