I ordered some shoes and they gave me somebody else’s tracking number or you guys shipped my shoes to someone else in Utah I really don’t know what to do at this point I just want my shoes the tracking number that I have is not mine or it is mine and you guys put the wrong address on my box of shoes in which on my confirmation it clearly says my home address in Portland Oregon

In general, if it's not delivered to your address, you need to contact the seller to ask if the tracking number is right. The seller may give you a tracking number of another customer. If the number is right, he may filled the address by mistake. If all are right, you need to contact the courier to reflect the problem and check it for you as soon as possible. The seller should give you a solution at last if you couldn't get it.

Hi, in November 2017 we ordered 2 pairs of shoes that cost $237 for the shoes and $7.00 Australian dollars exchange rate.
At time of purchase, my brother gave wrong email address and we are not able to track the packages.
The only information I have is the payment number from our bank which is 74311317327
