I ordered 13th October 2018 and I still not have any information about my package. So I wonder if it’s lost, or something like that. Or if I can have any extra information about it! If it is lost, then I’d like a refund on my bank account!

good morning, I've ordered a head phone and never received it sofar. I've reeived a package - sunglasses which I've never ordered. It's shipped on October 13 and still on the way to your country now. This is an China Post ordinary package that couldn't be tracked after leaving the first station of China. It usually takes about two months to reach. If you couldn't get it before December 13, it may be lost.
