I recent had 2 ordered shipped by china post but I never received any items. My tracking number for the first order was AS416277185CN and the second is AS417606444CN. I hope this can be resolved. Again, I never received anything nor did it show up at my address. Thank you.

We ordered an outdoor LP heater And the tracking shows as delivered but we never received the item. What’s odd is that it says it was out for delivery on Saturday, November 14th at 8:49 am and then it says it was delivered on Tuesday, November 17, at 10:44 pm. We order many items on Amazon and we have never received a delivery that late in the evening before. Also, the post office is closed at that time. It says it was shipped through China Post so I’m not sure if USPS is involved.

This was a gift to me for Christmas from my wife, so she let a few days go by hoping that it would show up. Again, we never have any problems with deliveries to our house so she went ahead and let me know so I could get involved and help track the package.
