I ordered for 4-7 day shipping on an important package...

I paid extra for 4-7 day shipping and its been 10-11 days and ive emailed the business i ordered from and they said they are going to put my package on urgent because i do need what i ordered FAST. But a delivery date isn’t available on any tracking services i have. could yall tell me whats up and how long im going to have to wait?? My Reference number is: LW849770672CN

I've order this beginning of October been stuck in transit since October 31 flit hasn't been updating can someone please help me I'm not sure which number to call

I ordered my package on November 21 and it was shipped that same day. The shipping has not been updated since November 24 and it is still showing that it is in China. how is it possible that on March 1st I ordered an item from Hong Kong and received it on April 7th, but the item I ordered February 15th is still in Zhengzhou..?
