I ordered a package back in March I've been given a total of 2 tracking numbers

The package I paid for on march19, 2023 they reissued me another tracking number at end of April now can't get any info from seller and tracking site hasn't updated since may 13. Please help my tracking number is AG048151818CN

Hi MDM2582,

In normal, if it's stuck for a long time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, you can ony try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
