I ordered a Fat burning exercise bike on 10 July 2021.

I received an email saying the FAT BURNING EXERCISE BIKE WAS SHIPPED SKUQYQ 7875-6
It’s now 30 JULY 2021 IHAVE TRIED TO TRACK THE SHIPMENT LX291698298 CN and it indicated it cannot be traced so what is happening keep me informed.

Hi Floriano Desouza,

There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reasons:
1. The sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.
2. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for this kind of package.

You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.
