I need to redeliver a package but cannot contact post office

Hello,
I was just notified that a package had been sent to me a few weeks ago. It arrived to Shanghai one week ago but has been sent to my home address instead of my work address, so every time they attempt to deliver there is no one at home. I would like to amend the address and get the package delivered to my work address. I have tried to contact via phone (11185) but all information is in Chinese and I cannot get through to English-speaking staff. Please can you send me an email to the provided address with a specific phone number and I will call back to rearrange.

The only way for you to get connected with China Post is to call them. English service is really hard to get through. Do you have a Chinese friend? You'd better tell him your problem and let him to call for you.
