How can do contact usps post office because there is have my parcel thats parcel i need to do redeliver so help me...??

I was just notified that a package had been sent to me a few weeks ago. It arrived to Shanghai one week ago but has been sent to my home address instead of my work address, so every time they attempt to deliver there is no one at home. I would like to amend the address and get the package delivered to my work address. I have tried to contact via phone (11185) but all information is in Chinese and I cannot get through to English-speaking staff. Please can you send me an email to the provided address with a specific phone number and I will call back to rearrange.

I sent a parcel to Sanyuanli Village and it has been at the Guanghzhou delivery office since 16/04/2017.

If you could please let me know the address of the delivery office and I can tell the recipient to pick this up
