Is there any e-form that I could fill in for shipment from Hong Kong to China? I used to fill in paper form but was told that I need to fill in e-form from now on. Please send me the e-form. Thanks.

I ordered seven items from AliExpress but was unable to receive them because I recently moved to the address where they attempted to deliver them, and didn't realize that the local postal service (USPS) had put a note/form in my mailbox stating that the property was vacant.

So, I went to the Post Office to see if they had the pacakges but they informed me that they were shipped back to the sender immediatley upon return. They then had me fill out a form so I can receive packages now and to contact China Post to see if they can please reroute them back to my address.
