i gave the postal delivery person a package to ship to the Netherlands, from Shanghai.
he says i need to fill out a form on this site.
i cannot find the form on this.
i guess i need a number?

All this is a scam. Even this website. When u ask customer service help, they ask u to fill a form and pay $1 to connect but then u have to enter your credit card details ot pay via PayPal and not $1 but different amount everytime, $35 or $47 or $25. They ask for a membership monthly fee which they say can be canceled at anytime by signing in. All SCAM. Do mot buy anything from China online.
