I want to block a package that I sent from Germany with track number CY505586087DE because they cheated me!!! I need an answer please as soon as possible!

Hi Ezme,

It's already in China now. You need to call China Post service number 11183 (then 8 for English service) to let China Post stop the delivery of this package.
