Is there any way I can intercept my parcel? I have been involved in a scam and need my item returned to sender

You can contact the courier you use to send it to intercept it.

Hello I have spoken to the courier company in the UK and they can do nothing now that it is in China. I spoke with someone on the phone at China Post and they told me they can return to sender but they were trying to take my postal address but could not understand me. The return address is on the parcel and I need it to be stopped and returned. You are the only people that can do it and I was told by China Post that this can happen.

Sorry, we are only a tracking platform and couldn't deal with the package for you. You need to contact China Post again to help you solve the problem. If they couldn't understand you, try to find someone that can speak Chinese to negotiate.
