Hi last time I send a message about get more information about my tracking number LT426896254CN, ii do not understand this tracking number never updated. and you told me it takes 10-15days right now i'm very confused , package shipped since 23 november 2016 it normally already to my destination if it have been processed normally. i do not understand and today it's 18 december 2016 no news for my item. please give me a real information if the package have been shipped or no.. thank you

Yes, it should be in your country but it doesn't reach now. That's not normal. You'd better contact the sender to let him contact China EMS to ask what happened to it.
