I need i package returned to me that is in China, we have ended the cooperation with the company dou to a poorly management and the receiver won't reply on my mail any longer after the 3 weeks process of asking to reply the customs for returning the package!
I am in really urgent situation to get back the package or send it to my agent in China.
Tracking number : LY013015613SE

How do we move along with this matter, i am more then happy to pay any additional fee.

it was security returned and for the time being i thought it was returned to sender but today i see that its in chengdu again i dont know what's going on anymore could you clarify?

Hello, I sent a package to China on 11/30/2020 and stayed in customs till January 18th. Is the package on its way back to me ? My tracking number is RF216083493ES. The last update I got on the package was:Shanghai, delivery to carrier. What carrier was it delivered to? Also if it is being returned to me how long does it typically take to be returned from China to Spain ? I am concerned because this package was very important and I want to know where it is.
