Hi , i still have not recived my parcel it should have arrived to portugal ,more than 1 month has passed , but there is no update on the location , i would like to know were my parcel is and when should i recive it ?

Hi kahuna,

It left China on Dec. 11, 2017 and still on the way to Portugal now. For this kind of parcel, it usually takes one or two months to reach. Wait patiently.
