I need detailed tracking information of this package when it entered into the US

I was supposively received a package on Jan 16 that apparently I signed for. I did not receive this package at all. I have a tracking number that does not show detailed tracking information of where it traveled to and from and the seller does not have any legitimate contact information. can you please provide me with details of this item. tracking is YUNS9000018717
