I need an information where is my parcel

Hi.I bought an item via Ebay on january and the seller send to me with the tracking number RG021995603CN .I search on different tracking page,but there is no information on this.How to check where is my item ? Waiting for reply,thank you.

Hi jozefkaculini,

There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reason is the sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.

You'd better wait for two days to see or contact the seller to confirm for the reason.
