I am living in Saudi Arabia I ordered smth from China I want to know about epacket carrier how can I reach them here in Saudi Arabia to know where are their branches and how am going to get my parcel?

My order AM099867828CN shows delivered in Saudi Arabia Yanbu city but it didn't reached to me, neither I received as per mentioned address nor I received any call to collect shipment. Please advise from where I can collect my shipment in Saudi Arabia Yanbu city. Which is agency or corrier or postal service I should collect it.
