I ordered a package back in March/April. The tracking number was LY176524986CN. I've used your website many times to track it. However, nothing has happened in the last 3/4 months. Now your website says that the tracking number has "expired" I have had no success contacting the seller. I would really like my package, please! Still no sign of package! Please help me!!

Hi Cordelia,

It's delayed for a long time in China. To my experience, there should be update showing it arrives in this August, you'd better wait for more days to see if there is any update. If no, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

It has been over two months since I have received any more updates on my package's
shipping location. This was (September 19th) I have tried tracking it on the
china post website and not it won't even recognize the tracking number. I
