I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER

I placed my order on 11/4/15 &I received an email stating that my order has been shipped so where is it & where is shipped to? The email said it was in the USA on 11/7/15. What's going on? I can be reached @ 334-313-0378.

I have no news from my parcel and tracking says this, would you help?

What's your tracking number? For international package, it usually needs a long time to reach. Thus it has arrived in USA, it may need some time to transfer. Just wait for some days.
