Thankyou for your response, I have checked the details that you have given and the tracking on Royal mail website with the tracking number LV400639956CN which is the number on my order confirmation. The address it says this item was delivered to is NOT my address. The address delivered to is in Dorchester DT1, our address is in Staffordshire ST18 so completely the wrong part of the UK. Could you please check the information you have and that we have been given the correct tracking number.
Please could you respond with this information in the next 7 days as I have been waiting for this item since 9th/10th January.

In general, if it's not delivered to your address, you need to contact the seller to ask if the tracking number is right. The seller may give you a tracking number of another customer. If the number is right, he may filled the address by mistake. You need to contact the seller give you a solution in this situation.
