I have tried various ways of tracking a package sent to me, without success

When I enter the tracking number, EMS: EA239728648CN, either no action happens when I press the "TRACK IT" button, or I get a response that there is no record.
Would you please let me know what has happened to my package, or perhaps tell me how to track it.
