my package was shipped from Beijing to Dongguan on 14 September 2018 it been so many days haven't received my package either any update, why is that so and when will I receive it.

I have called 11183 they asked me to call 11185,but still no body knows where is my package,they asked me contact usa people ,i contacted them they said the courier the already handover from usps to china post so even they dont know i should ask china post,i feel so annoyed by china post service ,its been 12 days already for my stuff being shipped but still no news,what should i do ,can my package be lost
