I have not recieved my order (Tracking #: AS823981741CN)

I have been following my order through the tracking number that was provided. However, I have not receieved my order and checking on the tracking system it shows that the order has been delivered. Kindly verify the address to which the order was delivered. My adress is:
Apartment 50, Velocity East
4 City walk
Leeds
LS11 9BF

Hi Enock Chitakwa,

It was delivered by Royal Mail to you. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in UK. Then, use the number to check with Royal Mail about the address they delivered to.
