Hi Curtis,

It may be delivered to a place near you and waiting you to pick up. You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in your country and then contact the courier to check it for you.

I HAVE DONE A TRACK AND TRACE ON MY PARCEL LO828288561CN WHICH SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED TO MY VILLAGE ON 9TH MAY 2020 BUT WE HAVE NEVER RECEIVED - THIS WAS MY WIFES BIRTHDAY AND WE ARE IN ISOLATION AND HAVE RECEIVED NO PACKAGE - THIS IS VERY EXPENSIVE TREAT FOR MYSELF AS I AM A PENSIONER AND I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHERE IT WAS DELIVERED TOO AS NEITHER MYSELF OR WIFE HAVE SIGNED FOR THIS - PLEASE HELP ME AS I AM NOT REALLY COMPUTER LITERATE -
