I HAVE DONE A TRACK AND TRACE ON MY PARCEL LO828288561CN WHICH SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED TO MY VILLAGE ON 9TH MAY 2020 BUT WE HAVE NEVER RECEIVED - THIS WAS MY WIFES BIRTHDAY AND WE ARE IN ISOLATION AND HAVE RECEIVED NO PACKAGE - THIS IS VERY EXPENSIVE TREAT FOR MYSELF AS I AM A PENSIONER AND I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHERE IT WAS DELIVERED TOO AS NEITHER MYSELF OR WIFE HAVE SIGNED FOR THIS - PLEASE HELP ME AS I AM NOT REALLY COMPUTER LITERATE -

It was delivered to Velserbroek, ALL 1991VC on May 18. If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller in time.
