I have not received my parcel. I checked with my Australian post office in Crystal Brook and nothing has been delivered there. I then rang local couriers and they have no parcel whatsoever with that tracking number.

If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require the courier to do a formal trace investigation about where it was dlivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
