I have not received my package yet. Why?

Hi, my name is Jenebah Jones. I'm an international student at Jingchu university of technology, jingmen city, Hubei province China. My parents sent me a package from the united states of America through US postal services. I tracked it several times, it says it's in jingmen city at jingmen post office. But, I have not received it yet. It is difficult to get to me because my parents forgot to write my mobile phone number on the package they sent for me. This is my number. +861562979534. Or +8618872363972. I'm currently on Jingchu university of technology campus. You can also add my wech using these numbers. Thanks.

Sorry, we couldn't add the phone number for you. You need to call China Post service number 11183 (Chinese language) to reflect the problem and ask what to do to get it.
