I have asked you for help with my missing package since 4/2/23, but No Response?

Hello Again,
I am not being impatient, but I have written to you several times about my missing package since April, and I am trying to figure out what happened to my package? it was allegedly delivered on 4/2 to the US, but there is no other information, and USPS has no record of this package?

I was wondering if there is a different tracking number for it once it enters the US? Because USPS is saying they can't find it in their system, and you're saying it was delivered to US on 4/2?
When I track my package #AS750078767CN , it shows it was delivered on 4/2/2024 to United States, it's in place? What does that even mean? Why is there no delivery address listed? That information is very vague. It doesn't explain anything to me. Where is my package, or who has my package, because it's not USPS, and it's definitely not my neighbors as I have cameras everywhere and there's been nothing delivered on 4/2! Please help and also I contacted the seller and they're not responding either so I need you to find it for me please! Thank you.

''it's in place'' means it was delivered. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with UPS or USPS about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Hi Daisy, thank you very much for replying to me this time! I have another question though- how do I find the delivery address where this package was delivered to? It's not listed. Also, the part of the problem is that the seller is not responding to me, and It is too late now for me to dispute. Is there a way that you can find out for me where it was delivered to or what shipping service was used here in the US? it's not USPS.

You mentioned that I should talk to the seller about this package? Well, I wish I could ask the seller, but unfortunately they are not responding to me. I have contacted them almost every day since April 2nd! I am beginning to think that I've been scammed...This is why I really need your help Daisy.

Can you please tell me which US shipping service delivered this? It was not UPS or USPS, because I contacted both of them, and they verified that no packages were delivered to my address on 4/2/2023.
Do you think my package is still in transit with a different US tracking number?
Can you see what you can find out for me about this delivery since the seller is not responding, and it is too late for me to dispute b/c I waited too long. I Only had 30 days to dispute.

Sorry, we get the same tracking information as yours. The tracking information is provide by China Post. We are only a tracking platform. You need to contact the seller to open a dispute to China Post to check it, only he can open a dispute to China Post to get detailed information.

Lost items but never got a proper response and reimbursement (0 reply)

I had a package shipped by DANNIAO from Shanghai to Suzhou on October 10. The package was received on October 11. Upon inspection by the recipient, two cans of beer were found to be missing. My friend helped me file a complaint with the logistics company, but they only reimbursed the price of the missing items. My request is for the reimbursement of the freight charge as well.

I consulted with legal experts who confirmed that when a shipped package has items missing, it qualifies for reimbursement of three times the original freight charge, in accordance with postal service regulations in China.

I had contacted 12345 multiple times but never received a proper response. I hope someone from the authority can take care of my case, or at least give me a call. Thank you.

I have asked questions twice, they were posted. When looking for response I found both questions were removed without being answered. If you don't have an answer just tell me, don't ignore me and throw out the questions. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with.
