I dont understand who has my package?

The description says "information received - Item en route to postal facility'. It has said this for a week on china post and singapore post but USPS has said this for 2 week. So im wondering does this mean the seller has not shipped the item yet or does china post or singapore post has it? The tracking number is LF044289192SG.

Hi, I bought some bike components from Aliexpress on early April

Due to the coronavirus, packages couldn't be delivere in time. Some of them are greatly delayed. You'd better wait for more days to get them. If you don't want to wait for more days, you can also open a dispute on AliExpress to get refund.

how long does it take to delivery? it been in transit for 17 days. it shows -Information Received – Item En Route to Postal Facility. The tracking number is LP170175956SG. I suspect it deliver from china to Thailand so Not even sure about Singapore post. How long does this been in transit ? Can anyone tell how long it usually reach from their past experience ?

My parcel last update was on 21st August 2020_ "despatched to overseas postal admin". No other information received to date. I don't know if it is transit as air freight or ocean freight or delivery was Canceled. Help me know some of the details
