i have sent my luggage 3 month before through ems from Hubei Jingzhou china to Pakistan but i didnt received i checked details so many times but the details showing from my track number is that the luggage is received at Beijing 02/08/2017 14:56 after this there is no any information i had contact so many times but all are giving time and excuse so kindly help me find solution this is EMS comapany responsibility to solve this problem, my track number is cp331534445cn waiting for you reply my wechat is iffi_901 and QQ 2634323633 Pakistan contact 00923122603152

Thanks for your reply I used surface to sent my luggage from china hubei jingzhou To Pakistan it's been already three month I didn't received yet I am sending you the receipt of my luggage you can check and this is your responsibility to safely deliverd our luggage to Pakistan I am worry about my luggage I tried so much to contact you I also contact to Pakistan post they said they did not received the luggage yet they said you to contact to China ems service kindly help me to sort out this problem I am student the luggage is very important To me I hope you understand my problem Waiting for your answer.

This is a China Post large package. Do you use air or surface to deliver it? If you use air, it should have reached your country. But if you use surface, it takes a very long time to reach, two or three months in most cases. If you couldn't receive it within four months, it must be lost on the way.
