Hello . I live in Armenia. I bought things from India but the Indian post cannot send to Armenia. and I agreed with the seller what he will send in China. where I have a shipping company. he sent .. here is the track number RP944498297IN. on the website shows that the package has been delivered, the package has been delivered and received. but the company didn’t receive the package. I wanted to know. what's happening ? why not delivered home?

Hi Hayk,

You need to let the receiver in China call the postman (18802608037) to check where he put it. He may put it in a pick up station near him.
