AS033877691CN my tracking id. I didn't receive my package yet. Why tracking id is showing that I have received successfully when I didn't even get the package. What the scam is this? Is this legit? When I asked the seller they said they shipped but they are not refunding the full amount.

I have the same issue with a similar number on the 12th. I will never buy from China again.

I have informed the seller but they keep on saying that they have delivered from their side and it was China post who delivered the package and all to the sender address but of no help. They were saying that they will give partial refund when I asked for 100% refund. They were not accepting the 100 percent refund saying that they were also at loss as they shipped the order. What kind of things is that? I don't understand at all. Tracking number is not working in Bhutan and courier service team were saying that it was ordinary and fraud number. Incorrect tracking number they gave me. Can't even find my package now. No other way also. I am hopeless. Useless Seller BTW. They don't even help but they just check and inform us that it was shipped and that's all.

You need to require the seller to require China Post to do a formal trace investigation to check where it was delivered to and who signed for it. Only the seller could do that. Also require the seller to provide you the shipping proof that include the shipping address. They may filled the address by mistake and it was sent to the wrong address.

According to the tracking information, AS033877691CN was delivered on April 12. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation about where it was delivered to and who signed for it.
