Hi there, according to the tracking,( AG984556554CN) it said my parcel has been delivered but I didn't get anything. Can you please check for me if it's sent to the wrong address?

According to the tracking information, AG984556554CN was delivered to Victoria Doncaster East 3109 on July 31. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Australia. Then, use the number to check with Australia Post about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
