I didn’t receive my package today

This is Parmjot kaur Dhaliwal. I got an update for
My package it shows that parcel is successfully delivered but I didn’t get any call or something to receive it and i also check my door and everything there is nothing. When I’m trying to open the website for tracking it’s not working like it’s not showing anything. Can u guys let me know what's going on? I can’t find any way to contact the shipping holder or someone who is responsible for this. I need my money back or either i want my package. I waited for this parcel for 1 month.

AT089731278CN was delivered to Manitoba Winnipeg R3T 2G6 on Nov.23. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Canada. Then, use the number to check with Canada Post. If you don't know the sender's information, try to find it from the place where you bought it. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
