I did'nt receive my package

My package was sent november 26 and arrived at Vancouver BC, Canada on january 8. It's stuck there since...
Could you tell me if there's a problem.

My package never arrived and its been stuck in transit for 4 months

Hi Niya,

It has been stuck at the US second processing center since Nov.13. To my experience, if it couldn't be delivered within ten days after it's there, it will be returned back or still stuck there. This may be caused due to the address problem. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
