I didn't get my package

On Amazon it says that my parcel was delivered but I did not receive it. I looked up the tracking number that amazon.ca shows and it doesn't fit the format on here. It says delivery by MCHT1 July 13th and the tracking ID #940011120079307290745.

I have seen many packages with the tracking number starting with A couldn't be delivered to the right address. It may be a scam and was delivered to some other place. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.

What's the courier for it? There is no tracking information for it. It's not a China Post tracking number. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem or open a dispute on Amazon to get a solution as soon as possible.
