I did not received my package

Hi, I’m from Quebec, Canada and on the site for tracking my package, it said that my package is delievered and that i sign it, but i never received my package…. What can i do?

Tracking says they were delivered mid July but that is not correct. I am housebound and have not received anything from BLACKTOZL. On July 11th, I received an email stating “Your order is on the way” but still have not received. Please Advise!!
