I can’t seem to complete the puzzle

I’ve tried to do the puzzle so that I can track my parcel. But i can’t see the instructions properly and even when I click the puzzle piece and drag it to the space empty it goes straight back where it started? I’ve never had this problem on any other site

I have the same issue I can drag the missing piece into place but I cannot make it stay in place.
