I can't find my parcel

My package is in Italy from 27 June, but I have no news about it. Is impossible to find it in any kind of website for tracking. The package has been shipped from Shein. They doesn't answer to the questions. The number of tracking is 9C5813I232468 The number of order is GSHMH700R000JMJ.
Usually parcels from Shein are handled in Italy by HRparcel or Sailpost, but I can't find my parcel in their websites
