Hi.
No, i sent it by Postnl. I contacted them, because their track and trace is not working in their system at this moment, and they can't get any updates too...they said they have sent the parcel out to china on 2017/11/1
so i don't know where the parcel is and if it is already in china...why is there no any updates...Please help me to find it out.

I find tracking information now. It's in Beijing and is still in transit to the destination now. It will be delivered in these days:

Do you send it by using TNT post? I couldn't find any tracking result for your parcel. It may be couldn't be tracked. You'd better contact the courier to check its status.
