I can not find my parcel

Hello there, I have a parcel coming from China couple weeks ago, should arrive at the middle of June, however, since 4th June there is no more updated inform. I`ve phoned Australia Post couple times, they need China post to agree they open investigation enquiry. This parcel is coming from my mum, I really don't want to believe it`s lost, please tell me what I can do next.
The tracking number is LZ863638723CN.

You need to let your mum go the place where she sent it to reflect the problem and check it for you.
