I bought an item from a Chinese seller for delivery to Canada but didn’t show up

They sent two packages. One showed up but was improperly packaged. The shipper ripped open the manufacturers box to make it fit their pallet or container by creating two smaller packages. This second box, the Chinese post tracking number has an alert. Final entry was: Shanghai, return to the proper cast.
What actually happened to my package. The seller says it’s still on its way but I lost confidence in this seller.

It you couldn't receive them in time, you need to contact the seller to refund you. 'return to the proper cast' means it was returned back to the seller and the seller has got it. You don't need to wait for more days. You couldn't get it.
