I believe my package is lost

I ordered something and the seller shipped it through china post. When i track it, it just says it is at the sorting center on May 31. I recently ordered more items from the same seller and they shipped it through china post again. On June 18, it stated that the latest shipment was at the sorting center and now its in the U.S. that item arrived in the U.S earlier than the other item even though i ordered it a month later. The tracking number for the shipment that is lost is LY262414229CN and the tracking number for the shipment that recently arrived in the U.S. is LY296712252CN. I was wondering what is going on with my package and if i will either get it or if i will get a refund for the lost package.

If the package couldn't be delivered in three months, it may be lost. LY296712252CN departed from beijing directly and LY262414229CN was transited to Shanghai to leave. So, it takes longer time. You'd better wait for more days to get it.
